Our wonderfully tall ceilings in the air conditioned Athlete Retreat facility give us plenty of height for so many aerial apparatus. Don't worry, we start low and slow and ease you into going higher with more exhillirating tricks if that's your idea of fun.

This beautiful space will be home to our newly added pole fitness classes. While membership at this gym is required to attend these classes you will also have the benefit of using this awesome gym. It is my personal workout home, I’ve never felt stronger!

Our POLE FITNESS classes will be taught at a beginner level so that anyone can jump in and have a great time. Pole can be a little awkward to try for the first time. We offer a small class of 4 people to ensure safety and an excellent workout. We support each other, no matter where we are in our life and our fitness journey. By the end of class, you’ll be hooked.
*Currently this is not a “pole dance” class. While there may be small elements of dance involved this is mainly strenghth training based.*

Class
concept
Our classes are designed to help you gain strength and flexibility as well as confidence. Our instructors are nothing but supportive and ready to meet you wherever you are in your fitness journey. While you will learn lots of fun tricks and many instagram worthy poses, we don't train to compete or perform.
our goal is to change your view of what a workout can be!
Newbie class
If you have always wanted to try any form of aerial but have not taken the plunge yet, this class is for you! Limited to 4 students per class, you'll get an up close and personal experience running through the basics beginning on hammock. Feeling uncoordinated or just unsure? This is the place to start. You'll be hooked on aerial by the hours end!
Beginner hammock
Once you have taken the Newbie class, this is where you'll land for a bit. We get you comfortable moving from sitting to standing, and everything in between. This class will push you in a fun way while you are gaining strength (especially upper body).
While anyone from beginner to advanced is welcome in this class, the tricks we will learn are taught at a beginner level.
intermediate hammock
By invitation only, this class is designed for our students that are very comfortable in the air. Aerial inverts, great grip strength, strong upper body and flexibility are needed for the tricks that we cover in this class. While d always optional, we do cover drops, some with a good bit of height involved.

All aerial
One of our favorite classes! This class covers two different apparatus during one hour long class. Each week it changes. We have aerial hammock, rings, aerial hoop (Lyra) as well as flying pole that we cycle through.We are always interested in learning new apparatus so this list may change as we grow.
New apparatus are taught on a beginner level, all with the goal being to gain strength.
